Could you perhaps send me a PM with ADSL username? I will need to have a look at your account to be able to look to see if your issue is network related, or potentially a local issue.

Hi AfriGenie,

No need, just chatted to an associate on a similar package and she is also having troubles.

I will give it a shot early tomorrow morning when contention is minimal.

How can I make that statement without knowing where you are connecting from? The only information you have given me to work with is a speedtest. There very well may be increased demand in your region, or your ADSL MSAN could also just as easily be congested. You need to at least provide me with some information for me to be able to find out what is wrong.
 
I do know we have posted this many many times before, but we are pushing hard to get our upgrades in place and online, this will correct most of the issues being experienced by our Capped ADSL users.
