I transferred my 20Mbps line to Afrihost last month to benefit from the bundle saving [100GB+100GB], got charged pro-rata - fine, and now they have taken my "double-data 100GB" free portion away?! Huh?!

I have the same issue, have queried with Afri*

Is it possible the rolling blackouts can affect the Telkom exchange? My router won't connect...

Also missing the double data, the product even says double data special.

Click on the actual data package name to get the use graph and it shows the extra data as available.
Like the rest of Afrihost the ClientZone app is now a difficult to navigate mess.

Last month it showed as a bar and said 151 GB available with 3 bars, one 75GB, one 75GB special and a 1GB.
Now it doesnt show the 75 GB special and it says 76GB available.
Would screenshot but telkom still hasnt sorted out my line.

Anyone having issues? Not getting my speeds on a 40Mb line.

Test to JHB

Test to CT

My 2nd line shows different results but also not full speeds. 2nd line also going through a different route.

My ADSL router is on a UPS, so when the power went out my ADSL was super fast for a 4 Mbps line. Streaming youtube videos was smooth. Then the power came back on again and my ADSL line is getting 0.22 Mbps download and 0.41 Mbps upload.

Did a test this morning again (1.72 Mbps download and 0 Mbps upload),

Restarted my router multiple times, tried the port reset on the clientzone of Afrihost but that always fail to work.

Before the the power cut yesterday my ADSL was performing as it should for a 4Mbps. During the power cut it was flying. Power back up and now my adsl is very slow.

I'm based in Durbanville, Cape Town

hi since this weekend after I converted my uncapped account to a 100GB + 100GB account I had no access. I did take it up with your support however till today I keep on getting referred back to your Capped page stating I used all the data which is impossible.

in the client portal it shows 0% of Data used. and this account is already payed for aswell.

I am having a similar problem.

I cancelled an account last month before the 24th, but they are still going to charge me for it this month and it is also capped with no data used.

How was your Afrihost connectivity during the rest of the weekend?

Anyone else in the Southern region experiencing moments of zero throughput... everything is connected just no data flows.

It seems to be sporadic and random, but for a few moments, everything just seems to die briefly, have to refresh webpage, reload stream, retry download... and then its OK again for a while until it repeats. Only on the Afrihost Capped accounts of mine... other ISPs not experiencing this issue.

Speeds still erratic post-upgrade... hope this is just a symptom of the "recalibration" and "settling" and not a new irritation.

These drops in speeds and connectivity, did you experience them during the course of the entire weekend?

I see that when you credited me with the incorrect debit of R289.35, you promptly reversed it again the following day, so you still owe me this amount.

I cancelled my Telkom ADSL, because I couldn't stand their absolutely hopeless admin, but this is even worse.

How do I get this sorted out ???

Can you please send me a PM with your ADSL username or Account Number so that I can look into this for you. Any incorrect charges we will definitely correct.

@AfriGenie If you look at my post #5833, the problem for me started after the power load shedding which ended after 6pm last night.
