Lol.

When I see those speed tests I want to cry for my lonely 4mbps results. No issues but just doesn't compare to the almighty Thor. I wonder what Odin speed test results would be.

DNS going good again today... Issues loading pages again *sigh*...
I'm running the Afrihost network diagnostics and I'm getting intermittent timeouts on the traceroutes to 197.242.144.102 and to the Google DNS at 8.8.8.8. What on earth is wrong, is it something at my exchange, how can I figure out where the issue lies, should I inspect the traceroutes and see where the hop times out?

Telkom on the other hand is fine during the day, but only till 7PM in the evening, then the speed drops to a total crawl. Whatever happened to the days when ISPs just worked?

Sounds like there are general latency spikes on your connection here, is there a traceroute that you can paste here?
Alos, when you notice the DNS issues - are you able to browse/ ping an IP?

Your client zone is sluggishly slow which explains our dedicated servers experiencing very high amounts of unresponsiveness.

Everything looks good on the ClientZone as well as the DC. The two can't be linked, your server and ours are probably configured very differently :)
Best to log a query with our Support team if you're seeing any form of degradation on your server.

Did that, and said they are experiencing issues, but seems resolved now as I am able to log in again.

The clientzone did that thing what it did last time that said unable to process the request and gives that orange error.

That is why I thought it was related.

But both are working now so it's all good

Hhhmm, our Dev team could have been pushing through some updates at the time.
The two platforms won't directly impact each other though, unless of course there's an issue in the DC. Anyway, glad you're sorted now!
