Afrihost has been really bad these past few days. If its not high ping then its packet loss. I cant even play a round of battlefield..Tried again to play now and its terrible. Tried Webafrica and works perfectly..

Really sorry for letting you down here :( We've been working hard at sorting this out, and look to be making some good inroads. Some changes/ tweaks got pushed out last night and early this morning. Please keep testing.

What is up with your hosting.....
quintus.aserv.co.za is down for three straight days now.

What is the process to get AF to move my account to a less strained and working server ?

Actually well this is the response I got : " We are facing a temporary load issue in the server. "


The issue is I have, this happens on random intervals.

It's the muscletalk.co.za site, problem is this site is the only one on that quintus server my other sites all work very deliciously, but this quintus server was causing k@k from the start over a year ago.

So I would much rather just prefer AF move me to a less hogged server.

Hard to tell, but looks like the latency is being introduced at the exchange here :(

I don't think you are, every bit helps us :) I know some changes have been made so things should definitely start looking up.
What's your latency like at the moment?

No idea. The combination of his loss and mine made mumble unusable so I switched to Telkom:

From the results you've posted, it looks like your exchange isn't really playing ball here :( Do you have another account to see if the latency can be replicated?

Needless to say UStream is pictur perfect in HiRes on Telkom.
