I've tried telling you this many many many times. The Loss has been around since before you guys upgraded your bandwidth management software.

At what level?

In terms of packet loss and latency.

Are you seeing the packet loss and latency permanently at those levels? The upgrades should have at least helped somewhat.

Yes. All day. Coming to a apex at 9pm when I get 160ms to Afrihost.com on my afrihost account. Seriously tired of it.

Something does seem to be amiss, we're checking a few things from our side, hopefully we'll have you back at full speed promptly.

2 hours later and still no improvement. Still checking a few things or is that what you tell people to get them off your case?

My 8Mbps line now downloading at a whopping 8KB/s. This is a fcking joke!

This is now the second time you asking me this. Yes all my downloads won't go faster than 30KB/s and then drop back to 0KB/s. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1428943512.745841.jpgAll other services like streaming, browsing, YouTube etc are not effected.

Yet you are on a capped account, How bizarre that your speeds are poor... It's not as if anyone else who has a CAPPED UNSHAPED Afrihost account is having problems......
 
We cannot pick up any issue's on the account. Although the line is only syncing on 8MB and the upload is 640kbs.
Please could you also try testing with another router on your line and then your router on another line to see if the issue still
occurs. Once you have completed the testing, then please confirm and we can assist further.

If the issue still occurs after testing with another router on your line, we will then log a fault with Telkom to send out a technician.
