I've recreated your port @ghostR please reset your router in about 5min and test again.

Kind regards

But it's still not working.. What do you suggest I do now?

Thanks,
ghostR

Hi ghostR,

Please could you test with a different router, and can you also test your router on a different line if possible so we can rule out any line issues.

Kind Regards.

Has to be exchange congestion then...

But Afripeeps, all other ISP accounts work??

@ghostR please could you PM me so we can have a look at this further.

Never hears another word from afripeeps via PM again...

Eish. Someone seems to be feeding some else BS, we just need to find out where in the chain.

No BS Nicki, we've refreshed your port too. Reboot and try again. If the problem still exists test another router then try your router on another line.

After that run a trace route post here and we will never get back to you.

Warm regards,

OMG tonight feels the same as when my phone is on Edge...

Has this been brought up with our Support team? It's much easier to trace an issue and have it escalated if submitted via mail. This will also allow us to run thorough checks with you.
Not really sure how accurate a Java applet can be for network shaping, as shaping is done differently across a few platforms and methods.

In any case, drop our team a line with your details and what you're seeing so we can have things investigated properly. I've personally tested OSX updates and didn't see any issues.
