On a CApped Fibre account and can also attest speeds this week have been dismal at night and latency to any euw server is shot.

I am just informing everybody that we have picked up a network error in the South. Anybody affected will experience throughput issues and high latency. We are busy working with our upstream provider to try and sort this out.
