Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

Hallo any of the reps on the forum that can assist with my line something not right 1 Mbps speed test on 20 Mbps line. Line syncing my normal 16 Mbps.

Is afrihost support slower than usual? normally it takes a few minutes for someone to respond to a query, now it takes a whole day. also, live chat in the clientzone is not functioning? what's up?

Morning. Any reps around? I have got no internet this morning. On my router, the ADSL line syncs but the internet connection light is dead.

we have this problem every week until we reboot the router pathetic service from ah they just decide to disconnect you any time of the day if you are working or not does not matter

The radius server will only reset your session once every six days if you have a session that stays open that long.
 
All good I restarted the router a few times but that did not help, so after the last restart I just left it and went to work. Wife let me know about an hour after I left that it was back on.
