All I can say is I'm disappointed - yet again.

Anything above 2% packet loss is a problem. Hop 2 doesn't count.

I'll be shopping for another ISP again. I get the feeling you have over sold your capability, and your network cant handle that.

A pitty - as things went pretty well (network performance regard) for a number of years...so much so that I promoted your product then.

An ISPs best advertisement is a network that is solid and doesn't show connectivity problems related to the ISP side of things.

I wasn't having trouble seeing the packet loss, but when I send those results to our Network Team the formatting means the columns don't line up at all which makes it incredibly difficult to go through the results.

If there is an issue, we definitely need to get it looked into and resolved.
 
Just thought I'd put it out there. Been using an Afrihost Capped account as my primary data supply for a while now, and really can't complain. Been smooth sailing for months now.

Re ticket [CJL-463-62222]

I've had senior staff check this out at Hetzner datacentre - its not their fault,they have run numerous MTRs from their side, and I have the records - no issue to ping my IP from there...I've had OpenServe on site and they have checked their side as well. Ping is 12ms line syncs perfectly.

I'm still getting that emails that I'm trying to send even via Afrihost are not even going out because the connection drops out between here and your mail server which I suspect is in Johannesburg?

The last email with NO attachment took 8 minutes to get sent. 445kb.

Does torrents get throttled on capped accounts?
I'm trying to use AceStream but I get 1kbps from p2p connections.
