About shaping, I do not know about the capped accounts. So far my speed is great. But I have proof that I have been shaped when I was still on an uncapped account.

Regarding the 2nd part of your post, I'm not entirely sure if I am following you correctly, but it is true that we have a semi-shaping policy linked to our Uncapped Packages while the policy on Capped DSL depends on whether you choose a Shaped Capped or an Unshaped Capped package.
The Reference I need help on is WEY-613-13681 and not FVF-670-37602.
The reference number FVF-670-37602 is to search in mybroadband. My latest post will explain what I mean on the 2nd part.
