Did the monthly data rollover stop ? The data that was allocated for January has disappeared. I submitted a ticket and I am being told that monthly data does not get carried over.

Hi, I've got a question for one of the reps.

Are we as clients able to pause our accounts for when we aren't at home for an extended period of time?
If so can I please get some info on the process and how much we'll be charged for having it on pause.

Definitely! :) You are able to pause your DSL and Mobile Data from the ClientZone. You won't be able to Pause your DSL line however.

In the ClientZone, you will just need to go to Connectivity, select your data package, once that's open you will find the Pause option under Edit Package. :)
 
Since last night Play store updates did not want to download. Switched off Wifi and it works perfectly on MTN data.

We were busy with network upgrades last night, but as far as I am aware there should have been no issues. Have you tested again this morning?

Started the updates last night before I went to bed and it was still 'going' this morning. Closed the play store and tried again. The store just shows 'downloading', but no progress. At this stage I switched off wifi and the updates worked via MTN.

You have a 8Mbps DSL line which is R369 per month.

You could consider downgrading your DSL line for a few months?
 
Both my ADSL and my mobile data just stopped working (at the same time).

Any idea what is going on? I had to swap to another ISP's trial account to get going again, so it isn't my line or modem or anything.
 
Same thing happened to me. Telling me invalid username or password for account. Alternate ISP's working fine.

Edit: Seems they are aware of the issue according to their network Status page.

Yeah they updated their network status page after I posted. Hope they'll at least give us an update in terms of what is going on and maybe an ETA for repairs.

Hi! The issue has been resolved, and your connection should be back to normal. Are you still struggling?
 
Guys is there an issue currently with the connection in Cape Town...actually over the past 3 days or so?
I currently have as im typing this, 13682 ms in World of Warcraft....
 
Hey afri. Im also having issues with streaming youtube. And have to restart my router. Once a day for the past 3 days.

Very erratic performance.
