Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

Again at night, something is wrong with your south IPC (maybe just a PE issue) or something at night... This is on afrigreen which I was told to switch toView attachment 547631

I assume the cpt-up1 (Hop 3) is where I break out onto your Network?

Again my exchange is 100% so definitely not the issue.

Yes i did have issues but monday and last night seems allot better, not sure what happened.

Hi guys, could I get someone to look at my account or help out. I'm still on a 2mb adsl line, capped account and I cannot stream twitch higher than 160p or I get buffering. Steam seams to update at the full line speed around 200 KB/s which seems fine. I don't know whats up.

How does your Youtube streaming compare to Twitch?
 
I am having similar issue's, every night around 9pm my ping starts to climb. If I check ping plotter to afrihost.co.za then it's usually the 3rd and 4th hops that are over 100ms.
 
Pardon if asked before...I'm looking to upgrade my current package, tried through mobile app and received an undefined error.
Called support and was informed that cannot upgrade packages during billing period which runs till the 6th!
Please could you confirm?
 
Another night same issues. Please can the network team address these issues as many of your forum users are experience the same issues and most of them are on the South IPC. Have been a client for a very long time now and plan on staying but only if you are able to fix these issues. I have plenty of information to assist with debugging over this forum, Twitter and the support ticket platform.
