Unshaped Capped Afrihost Account

I upgraded my DSL Capped account with Afrihost yesterday to a UNSHAPED Capped account.
Everything worked perfectly after doing this for a few hours.
This morning my download speed is back to 0.8Mbps. ?! The packet loss is back and the line drops out again just like it did when the account was a SHAPED account.
Afrihost tells me THEY are responsible for shaping their DSL accounts, Not OpenServe.
Known fact, there is nothing wrong on the internal network on site so OpenServe/Telkom's invoice is going to Afrihost. OpenServe have spent a week here testing everything on-site. No issues on the internal network.
