It has been a month now since we received the CellC sim and huawei B618.
We are still having problems with the CellC sim, even when using it in a huawei B315.

I can not believe that a company like Afrihost gives such poor / shocking service!!!

They call but when I answer the call they hang up!!
This is there claim that they have called the customer.

It appears that there is also no followup to confirm the customer has been assisted, they do not seem to be bothered.
It appears that they do not know how to solve problems or provide service!!

Afrihost's slogan "Pure Internet Joy"
It should say "Zero Internet Joy"

This has been no "Joy" trying to get support for 1 month without anyone bothered to assist us!!!!
Warning, They do not care about there customers!!!!!!!!!

I can see that we have been chatting to you through some of our other social media platforms. I was dealing with you personally to try and get this sorted out. One of our managers from our support floor gave you a call and it looks like we are on the road to resolving this for you.

I do have to ask that we please keep this to one platform as it is easier for us to help you.
