Although the new design software is all 'hip hop' or whatever you like to call it, it is now a very difficult to find your way around.
Before to upgrade/downgrade/cancel/add another account or whatever was a piece of cake where now it is a frigging nightmare :(
Maybe I'm just getting too old for all this stuff ;)

I like it a bit more in that it views some stuff easily, but for the rest there is alot of work that they need to still do. Especially with the mobile app on iphone its too basic and needs more to be added to it, yet its able to fix your line which is awesome.

I find the upgrade/downgrade/add easier on the new one, to be honest. But I also agree, there is some functionality yet to be added, for sure - especially to the mobile app.

The new Clientzone is very easy to use - certainly much simpler than the old layout. I don't know why you're having trouble, because you just need to click 'connectivity' on the main menu, then click the name of your data package and then 'edit package'. How could that be more streamlined?

You can still access the old client zone. Link is at the bottom of the screen on the new client zone.

Thank goodness for that.

My usage graphs in the new version do not work. Old version works like a charm.

Old version wins hands down imo. Maybe I haven't fiddled enough to acquaint myself with the new, but I do not have the inclination to either. The old set up worked just fine and everything was perfectly laid out.

If it ain't broke, why fix it? :/

Because it was broke. The old Clientzone was hideous and outdated, whereas the new one is the best of any ISP in South Africa. I know people who changed to Afrihost largely because of the Clientzone. Being able to manage your own line is amazing too.

New one is crap. I still use the old one.

When will the 'new' software be complete, especially the:

Feature Coming Soon
We're working on this feature right now, please check back soon!

When will 'soon' be ?

Soon is one of our favourite words ;)

But seriously. Thank you for the feedback. Really interesting to see what you guys have spotted.

Personally, I switch between the two. The team is working on the features in the new ClientZone. I'm curious though, have any of you guys used the hosting features in the new ClientZone? How do those compare?

I quite like the new one, just have to get used to it. As for the hosting features, no have not tried it. But I can test it with a free month of cloud hosting if you like :D
