Phew.. looking at previous threads about support I hope my problem will be solved.

If any Rep should happen by, please check ticket #FAV-493-18850 opened via ClientZone on 16 May 2018 already(!!) for details (which i didn't close but since there is no 'reply to this' button anymore, i assume it's been closed - even though the problem wasn't sorted).

Very angered by this, I opened a new ticket #THW-890-79861

Hi Biele

I've read through your tickets - I am truly sorry we've left you hanging like this. We definitely should have given you feedback or resolved this issue by now (unless it is out of our hands completely). I've asked the Critical Care team to get involved and give you some urgent feedback. They should be in touch shortly.

Good news! My problem is now sorted out :)

You have managed - after many tries from myself - to escalate this issue to the right man. GaryD from the Critical Care team gave me top notch service with regular updates on what is happening right through the whole process and now everything is working again.

I can not thank the both of you enough! As I've told GaryD.. Afrihost should clone you guys and use you all over! :D
