Afrihost courier partner

I have ordered quite a few fixed wireless products over the years, and every time it is a major issue for their courier partner to deliver the SIM. They are using dpd laser courier service, and they are absolutely useless.

Two weeks ago I ordered a new Telkom fixed LTE product, and to date I still have not received the SIM. I do receive an SMS almost every day that they are going to deliver, but they never do. It is a real pain in the neck.

I can't understand why Afrihost would partner with such a useless company.

I've been experiencing the same problem. Courier It has delayed my sim delivery 4 times already. This has been the most frustrating experience as I'm not too keen on porting my number anymore. Should my phone get stolen etc it would be horrifying to go through all of this again.
