Complaint here, get angry there. FOLKS lets take a poll and lets try and make it simple (Like) .., Unlike)

This must be overall but can also be resent experience. We which AH returns back to the no frills so that we can rate them again against others

My stater vote ... unlike:(

No idea what you're trying to say.

Why not PM a mod and ask for them to add a poll with the options of one to five stars?
Problem is that you have to distinguish between products, e.g. Afrivanilla/Afrigreen Capped/Uncapped/Business.

Afrihost bandwidth went to the dogs and yes they bail you out with Afrigreen if and when you ask but the trick is you have to ask for a reliable service... So I did ask and got the new account but my 500Gig account with 10 concurrent sessions was reduced to 5 while I have 6 branches. When I asked to have the service restored to 10 or even 6 concurrent they told me no so my choice was Afrihost (really bad bandwidth) or Afrigreen (does not suit my requirements as per my original agreement) Have cancelled the account.

Lets just check with a quick survey how we actually feel about AH It might give them a wake up call of how we the paying customers feel

Shame man. You get bad service and you keep paying full price?
You'd swear they were the only provider in SA, and that you guys are locked into some sort of contract.

The problem isn't with AH.

Following the advice of a friend, I signed up with them (moving from Telkom) 2 weeks ago for their 30+30 offer. Cancelled yesterday. Local ping was anywhere from 147ms to 235ms. Download speeds were erratic at the best of times. International speedtests didn't even load most of the time and when it did, ping was in the upper 500's. This was on a Capped account. Moved to Vox yesterday. Local ping = 14ms, International = 199ms - 220ms and downloads are flying.

Non existent service. Shocking that Afrigreen hasn't even been recommended as an alternative to try and resolve my problem. They simply think they can ignore their problems away while debiting customers for a nonexistent service.

Customers chose to stay with them and pay them. If the customers were unhappy they would move somewhere else.
