Hello Internet + Afrihost
While most of you likely wont care about my story, I figured I'd share it anyway on the off-chance that somebody within Afrihost management may sit up and take note as this is almost definitely not the sort of customer experience you are striving for.
Today marks the 5th day of this still-ongoing saga...
Edit:
Two of my posts were deleted for some reason, "Monday" and "Tuesday".
I suspect it was because they included the first name of the Afrihost customer support representative. Apologies for that oversight. I have corrected the error and am now reposing the that content here for completeness sake:
