Hi all,
I've contacted AH on a few occasions and explained to them that my ADSL connection keeps dying - I power the router off and on again and it works for a period of time and then it happens again.
I've noticed it happening more and more and more and more.
Each time I speak to a AH support rep, they blame my ADSL, Telkom etc.
However, I slap in a WebAfrica account or Axxess account and it doesn't disconnect at all.
Today alone, under their session management I've had to reconnect 8 times, yesterday (16th) it was 12+ times.

I'm literally downloading all the time, I'm not even phased with the times for "Free Time"
I'm actually tired of sending SMS' asking for HELP or calling them, it's costing me bloody money.
For those curious as to what the downloads are - they are 4x XBOX ONE games and I have 1x active torrent but it's not downloading or uploading
(no seeders )
On my network, I have 2x cellphones, a media centre, XBOX ONE & PC and when I'm not downloading, I'm playing "The Division"
