Capped AH, experiencing no probs whatsoever. And also if the line becomes slow I trend to blame Telscum first. Afterall they are mismanaging the connection, not resellers like AH or OW.

That argument might hold water if I was getting the same speed on my WA prepaid account. Alas AH aren't even coming close to it, so I can only blame their network.

Gotta say the support is pretty lame too. If I was a regular Joe and some dude in support asked me to send them through a tracert and other types of heavy geek stuff I'd be less than enamoured with them.

The only thing keeping me their customer right now is the price.
