Afrihost FAIL

So a week has come and gone and do you think anyone from Afrihost tried to call me like they said they would? Nope and nope. Even after completing your survey where I rated your support person very poorly, I received a sms back immediately stating how sorry you are for the poor service and that someone would contact you.

Empty promises. Dreadful service. Be warned.

I'm sad to hear that your poor experience is continuing. :( We're definitely sparing no resource to improve the quality and response times from our team. please feel free to PM me your account info and I'll follow up on your request
 
Sorry Afri-people, but your (lack of) presence/responses on these forums as well as via PM is worrying. Your previously excellent service has gone down the tube.

Really sorry you feel that way, Luke777. :( We definitely do our best to monitor every thread and respond to every PM as diligently as possible. I've double checked and responded to your last PM. :) Let's take it from there.
 
I was talking about Afri-people in general :)

It's been a rough few weeks to be sure. But we've pretty much doubled our clients service team (even added a few extra social media people to make sure we're on top of the forums too) so we're committed to improving :)
