Afrihost Fibre Migration Woes

Just lurking to see if anyone else has had or knows how to speed up this issue:

Fibre installed - ONT device installed
POS light on ONT device blinking.

Contact Afrihost support - They say the ONT device is not configured and it can take up to 6 weeks to configure the ONT device.

Which area/ fibre operator?

Its not easy for anyone, there is no line "migration" from Openserve. You need to cancel the line and reapply basically.
