We haver applied the changes on our side and @Frogfoot Fibre is completing the changes on their side.

Unfortunately, there are no changes to Vumatel speeds and prices just yet. If there are any shifts we will make the adjustments and inform clients accordingly.

Yep, got the same.
My frogfoot 30 Meg is going up to a 40 Meg line.

We received an email this morning that Frogfoot is still busy with the technical speed upgrades. They have completed the package changes but will not do the bandwidth profile changes and that will be done around the 11th.

Is this upgrade permanent?
My Octotel line has a 'promo' speed increase until end of Feb. [RSAWEB]
Would be nice if they saw the competition going permanent and made these upgrades stick

The Frogfoot ones are for now. Unfortunately with Octotel there are price increases looming in the next few months. No word on whether the double speeds are permanent yet.
No upgrade yet. Is there anything the end user need to do to get the new speeds? Thanks

I see my account now shows the upgraded speed but rebooting my ONT hasn't changed the speed yet - hopefully the new speeds will kick in soon.

Logical conclusion: @Afrigirl doesn't like you all that much ...
The upgrades are all completed. If you are not yet experiencing the increased speeds please send send me a pm with your email so we can have a look.
