Anything for Afrihost with Openserve??
I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with the Support Team. Please send me a PM and add @AfriNatic we will assist further.@AfriNatic what happened to Afrihost? You support team is pathetic.
I upgraded to a 150/150 on Tuesday and the upgrade did not kick in, at all.
I phoned customer support thrice and the support team either lets you wait forever while they put you on hold, management does not answer the phone, or the call center agent drops the phone in your ear...
WTF happened to Afrihost?
I am so sick and tired of hearing "Please accept my sincere apologies for this inconvenience.".
I'm sure the 50/50 got upgraded to 100/100 last year, because I was on 50/50 now its 100/100What change can i expect on vuma 50/50 line?.

You'd prefer if they'd kept the old speeds for the new pricing?A month after the supposedly free upgrade, Afrihost hike their prices.
Can't say I'm surprised.

Every isp will start increasing pricing not only afrihost due to the new speeds being implemented from openserve on the 1st April 2023A month after the supposedly free upgrade, Afrihost hike their prices.

I think the speed increases are a bit more than 10mbpsHmmmm . . . an extra 10mbps is not going make much of a difference. On the other hand, an extra R20 is not much of an increase.
I am just pleasantly amused by the wording in their emails.
