I do understand the logic of containing the feedback to one thread, but I can understand this OP's frustration. This is not what we paid for. I have been on home uncapped since about day 1 and relatively happy there has been a few off periods but other wise I was happy with Afrihost. I really hope that Afrihost hasn't on purpose cause the deterioration of the home uncapped service so that we are forced to take on Capped or Business Uncapped accounts, because it would look really unethical.

Check afrihost 4Mpbs uncapped, which is about 597 or something like that. For my usage I can get 75+75 4 Mbps instead and save R60 a month. So it's more expensive.

No ISP can stream Supersport adequately. It's because the servers used are beyond dreadful, and more specifically, because data packets are not sent continuously like all other streaming services do.

For your usage. For somebody else who uses 200gb p/m it's cheaper.

Also I had a chat with someone from afrihost a month back or so, she said that the double data promotion will only last until september, and from there on it will be revised ( or extended or removed, no idea really ).

Seriously? When I switched to my WA 2GB account, the download was completed in less than 10 seconds.
