Afrihost interface no user friendly

Good Day, I am an Afrihost client for over 3 years hosting my 4 domains and also getting Data through thier service offering. I would say i roughly spent just above R6K on a month to month basis. So I want to order 70 Sim card loaded with 1G of data on a month to month for a year, so im estimating Afrihost will be making just around R58800 month to month on this deal. but there is a problem their interface only allows you to order 1 simcard at a time which takes around 1-3min to complete one transaction. To order just 70 sim cards on their online system it will take me almost 3hours. This is terrible !! so much time and energy waisting having to click back and forth ordering sim cards. :( I find this hilarious in this day & age. I have phoned thier office and also send emails but they would rather refer me back to thier online system :(
 
Pretty sure their interface is not designed for a wholesale order which you are attempting to do, have you tried reaching out to them to become a reseller which might have a better interface?

I can't believe this even after reaching out to them they still refer me back to their online system. I don't intent in becoming a reseller

In which day & age? The age where other mobile ISP sites allow you to bulk order sim cards? Because I've never seen that anywhere. Why don't you just email them and see if they can assist?

i did that already and they want me to do this one, If i am able to place an order for 1 why not have an option for me to allow quantity of items i need. they do allow bulk order the process is just too tedious
 
@AfriNatic why do i have to spend 3hours just placing an order on your online system though some1 please explain this to me :(

once this has been sorted out, will either the op or the rep provide what the resolution was?
 
Afrihost is the majority shareholder of Axxesss.

I know that. But surely you still shouldnt really be sending your customers there? I mean lets be honest, their service stinks. Yours only stinks on your official channels. But at least here on MYBB, there is YOU. Axxess service, stinks everywhere. I would know because I am with them. Only reason I havent left them, is because they offer EFT payment, and are cheap and are generally better than the competition in terms of the signup procedure. Just too much of a headache to move.

Understandable. One thing I was taught in training is that our actions should always be in the best interest of our clients and Afrihost.

We have a great partnership with Axxess and I think certain services they cater better for. I don't want to make false promises because as mentioned by op our system isn't as user friendly when it comes to these bulkd signups.

I did however manage to assist the client with the signup so it has a good ending to the story.

I used to work for a reseller.
Axxess is best suited for resellers and when you are a reseller you get a company contact who assists very quickly. Its a different experience to that of a normal client.
