Afrihost is throttling my streaming

Hi. Anyone experiencing issues streaming since Friday/Sat on Afrihost.
 
This is nothing new. Go look for all the other threads complaining about it. Afrihost has built up a rep for being horrible to stream on
 
I've got a 20gb Telkom account as well..no issues.....just that they won't give you additional data at a reasonable price. R18 / GB out of bundle :twisted:

On the streaming side, you can't compare. I can't remember when last I saw the buffering screen since going to WA. The stream also reaches HD quality a lot faster.
On the download side, I miss AH. But with a bit of planning, downloads run between midnight and 6 now. Minor inconvenience really.

Sorry do you have capped or uncapped. For streaming I want data during evening mainly not after 12. Packages are skewed towards downloads for midnight users
 
My streaming is fine but not on hd....hd buffers too often

Was on uncapped, but after structuring my downloads I moved to the 200+800 package. Both of them perform the same from my experience.

Only gaming (Xbox) is also better on WA.

I'm sorry to hear about your poor streaming experience, it is definitely not cool to hear!

Which service were you using for streaming? Did you have any other spikes in latency or drops in speed?
