Afrihost Line Relocation Balls up!

What k@k service from Afrihost! We have recently moved and need a relocation of our line to the new house.. GOOD GRIEF iv never experienced such bizaar service in my life!!!!! Afrihost keeps telling us that the previous ISP has not released the line, yet when i call the ISP they say it has been released and its probably VUMA TEL that needs to relocate the address. Then we call Afrihost to tell them and all they tell us is "the line hasnt been released" - i dont know if they are trained parrots sitting on a freaking perched tree because thats all they say! Then I speak to a women and im trying to explain that the previous ISP has released the line but she talks over me!! im a freaking customer? I eventually just started shouting at her because she wouldnt keep quiet, I even asked for a manager and she just ignored me. She then put in a request to VUMA TEL and said it will take 24 to 48 hours, well that was last week and i still have no feedback......I'm honestly over this bull, I thought Afrihost was so good but they actually are not. Now I will go to the ISP that the previous tenant had and use them rather since they actually help me.
