Afrihost Mail Forwarding and Autoresponder Issue

Has/is anyone else experiencing issues with mail forwarding and auto responders from their Afrihost hosted mailbox? We suddenly this week stopped receiving email and on further inspection discovered the email address we had set up to forward to and have been using for years was changed to some completely different email address?

It's pretty difficult to know what could have happened without a full investigation. Probably requires one of our experienced hosting engineers.

Hi @AfriMan after a few back and forth emails between various agents it was eventually confirmed there was "some outage issues at our hosting environment which effected forwarding". All our email was being forwarded to some strange GMail mailbox This has now been fixed. I'm not sure why it took so long to confirm

I don't know the details so I couldn't say. I know we had a few problems in the past couple of weeks, so it is possible. But just glad everything is working.
