Afrihost - merging my accounts not possible??

Hello,

I hope there is an Afrihost rep here that can clarify this to me. I have 4 Afrihost accounts:

1 x 15gb at R258 pm
2 x 11gb at R99 ea, pm (promotion)
1 x 1gb free (promotion)

Now, I would like to cancel the 15gb account, as I will only be using the 2 x 11gb + the free gig per month. I called Afrihost now, and they "cant" merge all my data under one username.

This will be a bit inconvenient, as I will now always have to check when the account is almost used up and then switch to a new account again. Why cant they just allocate all my bandwith under one user name, and if that one runs out I can just top it up again??

Some clarification please from a rep.

strange though...

isn't the 1GB free supposed to be with one of your 'normal' accounts already?

and how did you get the R99 promotion ones cause as a member with them, I don't seem to have the option.
