I know how it feels...I'm suppose to have coverage with speed up to 14.4Mbps but my speeds are bad. The Ping on my side is good always under 100 but download speed is bad

LTE + contract account (softcapped) = not good news... OOB sharkie will come!!
LTE + hardcapped account = very good news

This should be available on launch, 6th September.

Please answer?

Please respond to above. My daughter ordered the Mobile3 with additional sim as she was scared to use her existing MTN sim for fear of OOB shark issues. Good or bad?

Will she be able to transfer data capacity from her mobile3 sim to her MTN and Mobile2 sims. ???

Please advised best options with least hassles.

@Seriously rather have peace of mind and keep contract and prepaid separate that way you don't have to wake up 1 morning to OOB shocker, maybe the phone reset to original apn:internet.

Just wipe the internet apn from the phone ... problem solved.

In order to use the APN you need to provision a package to use your cell number (for MTN contracts only). Sharing data between SIMs isn't possible.

I currently have the mobile 2 package.
Can you tell me how to convert it so that I can use the APN on my MTN contract sim?

You'll need to sign up for another package, you won't be able to use the APN from your MiFi SIM. The package needs to be provisioned with your mobile number in order to use our APN.

Ok. If I cancel the mifi sim now and get a new account when it's launched, will I be charged R145 x 2 or just R145 for one account?
