Anybody else having issues this evening?

Can't seem to connect...still have 2GB available via client zone.

When trying to browse, it tries to re-direct to clientzone.afrihost.com but I get an error saying the page cannot be opened because too many redirects occurred.
 
I got billed for afrihost + today pro rata. even thought my trail ends 26 December :?

How much u get billed? I got billed R15.97

And on top of it I cancelled the afrihost+ like 3 weeks ago but my cancellation is still pending???

Afrihost sucks!!!

Capped again; called Afrihost and they are aware of the problem.
Hopefully it's a quick fix.

Yup. Same story here as well.

Dear Santa,

Please send me a SIM card for a mobile data connection that:

1. Works at super fast speeds.
2. Doesn't give me a capped message when someone in the town so much as farts!
3. That has a billing system that doesn't charge you when it says 'free trial' and
4. Reviews their prices so they become competitive!

I have been good, honest Santa!

P.S. This message was sent using ADSL as those buffoons at Afrihost crapped me again, whoops I mean capped me!
P.P.S. Don't trust the mince pies at Afrihost, they look big but only have half the filling now...

And I'm still being sent to the Client Zone every other web page despite still having just under 3GB of data left!

This really is beyond a joke... How long has this been going on for now???

I now propose that anyone suffering stress from your very shoddy service be compensated for your incompetence!
 
Ffs this capped error on and off the whole day. It's been over a year now and still this issue hasn't been resolved?
 
no intenet access from yesterday. So I cancelled my contract with AH. still have over a gig data left that I understand is still accesable till end december when contract expires. WTF..

Been phoning AH and told ,sorry MTN is at fault. I have to wait. Wait for what.. 2 days now wthout Internet

So AH have you stopped my account before 31st or what? AH your service just suck...! what pathetic bunch of idiots.

Apparently an issue when you top up, or have additional data bundle.. Their system needs to refresh to figure you actually have more data cap left.

I made a call, refresh and viola, access to the rest of my cap
 
Also getting capped msg, luckily support responded very quickly to my query. Thx :)

not the case about top up, ample bundle left... 3rd time in 3 days... Phone, they reset something, I can use internet. 2 hours later, same thing..
and today they not answering phones... Ahhhh the pure internet joy. Just log onto clientzone... blah blah blah.. Log a support call... I CANNOT BLOODY use my internet, how do you want me to access clientsone or log support message..!

Sitting at work typing this message.. and to log another support call. So much for 24/7 support..!

Surely not today as I have phoned from 9 o clock every 2 hours and same message. "Sorry we are closed, but please note you can use your clientzone or send an email.....!! WTF.. how if you dont have internet access, and how if they not available for telephone enquiries.

I left a chat support request on my phone. They emailed back 2 mins later to say they've reset. All working ok now.
