Sorry about that :(
Not seeing any general issues this evening. Was throughput OK earlier today?

Wouldn't know, was at work. I'll keep monitoring it though.

Signal is shot as well, normally have 4-5 bars, now I'm lucky if I get 2. Vodacom is a solid 5.

Alberton area for what its worth.

Could be an area related issue, looking forward to some more tests though.
If things are still iffy tomorrow we can look at submitting a coverage query.

Improvement if you want to call it that:

Will try again in the morning, normally its very similar to Vodacom though so this really isn't up to standard.

Priorities change, and projects get shifted around and updated continuously. At the moment, as AfriMan has pointed out, our Team has been focused on another major project and for the moment the shared Data Pool is not something we are considering at the moment.

Thanks for clarifying.

Is the network down again? Been unable to get online since 3:30 or so.

No network wide issues at the moment, could you PM me your account details so that I can check if there are any problems with your account.

Any issues on the network - super flaky in Alberton this afternoon.

MTN APN on my phone working fine.

Just got a warning that 3 of my mobile devices have not connected on the Afrihost network for the past 8 hours, but if I check I am on Afrihost? System sending sms's in error?

Sounds a bit weird! Please drop me a PM with your username and I'll check what is what. :)

Performance was still quite bad this evening - gave support a call and the dude I spoke to re-provisioned the Sim.

Seems to be back to normal now.

Re-provisioning the SIM shouldn't really do anything for performance. That's more like an ON/OFF switch for whether you can authenticate on the network using our APN or not.

Well it seems to have helped...
