Signal strength is the keyword here and that changes every 100 meters. Our local squatter camp have ten times my signal 1 KM from me. Therefore I am contemplating squatting there soon.
It just says 2G. I can't seem to change any real settings regarding that.
You need to go Manual and disconnect to change the 2G, 3G setting

Log in via web browser.
Set connection from "automatic" to "manual"
Change 3G setting from "Auto" to "3G"
Reset connection from "manual" back to "automatic"
Should connect on 3G...

No need to disconnect? Go manual, change to 3G and then go back to auto. To change back repeat.

It sees a 3G tower when I manually check towers, but it won't connect to that. It will only connect to 2G :/

Data depletes, can you access your ClientZone to purchase more bundles, or have to use some other internet to top up?
Received email telling me the package is due for delivery today, so collected from their depot here in Durban. Speed test coming soon

You can do topups from Clientzone or via SMS. eventually the plan is to have all the features on our Mobile Apps as well, but we're not quite there yet
