My debit order went through on the 5th already ... but my status still says "order pending" I dont know why :-(
 
I have the 5Gb APN special on my MTN contract. When I'm in a LTE zone my data stops working completely. If I switch off LTE it starts working again on 3G.
If I change my APN back to MTN and switch on LTE it works fine. The problem seems to be on Afrihost side.

How do I get this fixed?

We're running through the final batches of deliveries for the pre-order devices and SIMs. The new packages will be sent off soon :)

Sounds a bit strange, is your device forced to use LTE or is it on auto?
Maybe you can try and re-activate LTE for the APN via the MTN menu.
 
It's an iPhone 5. It auto switches to LTE but can be turned off. LTE works on the MTN APN so the number is provisioned for it.

When did you order the APN from us?
Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours to provision correctly on the MTN network.

It's been active since last Friday. I ordered on Wednesday last week.

Check out that usage. 7 hours, and the battery light isn't even blinking yet.

Granted, very very light usage, but my phone and tablet have been on it all day, without it being plugged in.
 
Just phone Afrihost now. The consultant said that looking at another 72 hours for delivery of sim only deal. I am going to assume this to be working hourse so next week sometime then I suppose. :-(

No, Cell C is my service provider. The speedtest is for the Afrihost/mtnmobile special (connected via wifi)
