How am I supposed to use my data if I need to switch back to the mymtn apn because afrihost apn is down????

Its not working on LTE,3G and EDGE.

Yep Afrihost not working for me either. I really hope that at some stage they will be able to get their mobile offering right. At the moment it's cheap but you have to make do with problems that you don't get from other places.

There's some horrible complexity affecting voice/data. I hope someone can figure it out!

Don't let your connection drop. At the moment it seems that its not authenticating.

Just added a notice up on our site about this

We are receiving reports of intermittent access to Mobile Data services. Our team are currently working with MTN to investigate and resolve this urgently. We assure affected clients that this will be resolved as quickly as possible, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
 
Seriously Afrihost. This is getting too much. Shaping to death on the uncapped packages, cannot get a data connection on mobile. I really like Afrihost, but this is getting to a point where I'm starting to consider moving.

Our team are working as quickly as possible to have the authentication issues sorted out.

While I appreciate it, this is not the first time this has happened. Are there any plans in place to prevent this from happening?

This authentication issue is becoming a common occurence now. There is clearly an issue that is not being resolved. What actions are afrihost taking to address this ongoing issue?

Fully understand, the previous issues (the recurring ones) have been sorted out some time ago - this looks like an isolated issue.
 
Prices keep going up,and connection keeps going down.., this won't be a recipe for success.
 
I understand you have issues but what gets me is the level of communication.
A simple email or SMS to inform us that you are having network issues would be greatly appreciated.

I do agree, I'll bring this up with our team :)
