Thanks for the update, we are making good progress, things should be back to normal soon.

Indeed, it seems that my connection is fine again. Thanks for attending to this as quickly as possible, and providing feedback here.

Thanks for the update, Viva! :) Keep us posted with feedback regarding your connection!

My through put is normal but I usually get 60 - 80 ms to George but now I'm getting 120 +

Afrihost connection is working again, speedtest shows download speed is at about 1/3 of usual, ping is what I normally get - 60ms.

I'm still getting bad latency hitting over 300ms pinging afrihost.com. Can't connect to the division server. :(

Glad to hear you're back online! If you're not connecting via a obile device, would you mind posting a traceroute for me to take a look at?

Sounds much more positive, at least. :) Would you mind posting a speedtest and traceroute result?

Speedtest is now consistent with what I normally experience.

I'll post a traceroute in the morning when I'm back on the PC.

I have pm a trace route to you, not sure what I'm looking at but the latency looks bad.

Still getting weird latency spikes which I don't get when using internet APN over vanilla MTN. Did you guys figure out what was wrong because it doesn't seem to be fixed completely.

Should be fixed up by now, definitely.
Any example data I can take a look at?

Can someone assist with this traceroute to mybroadband.co.za

Seems to me like it goes to Cape Town and then Arizona in the US...
