No problemo, hope it makes up for the bit of downtime the other day![]()
But still AG, Genie and the crew couldnt find my application for the XS bundle i applied for months ago when i got the email as the chosen few who would receive 10GB additional data as well. As said to Genie, its no biggie, but it would be cool to know what could have gone wrong there. I should have checked on this ages ago, but never really bothered and forgot i had signed up.
I'm not sure I follow?

correct yes.. BUT i had forgotten about it until recently when i checked Clientzone. This was at the time of launch, when i got the email giving me the offer of the aditional 10GB data. Ran this with Genie, but he says the guys couldnt pick up anything that i hd signed up. Because i had forgotten about it, i said its no big issue, but was just wondering what might have happened in this instance. I cant believe i did anything wrong at the time, as my current sim is and was provisioned for Afrihost. My AfriPlus is also linked, so i cant see my sim having been the issue
Nothing that i can remember. Im pretty sure something went wrong somewhere, either my mistake or something not done right. Its no biggie, just doing some housekeeping on clientzone.If you didn't checkout the product and left it in your cart, the cart would eventually expire without adding a product to ClientZone.
Did you get any mail confirm about the product? If it was voice, there's usually a few processes involved around porting and APN activations.

Yeh i had a look and saw that. Probably added, left the pc, and forgot about it. Maybe just an error on my side. Next time, hopefully some more good deals coming.If there was a checkout on our end and you forgot about it then, the product would show as an incomplete sign-up.
Don't see anything on your account logs that anything was added though.

Only noticed now my Afrihost APN vanished from my phone on the 5th and my data reverted back to MTN...
Must have been during the outage.
Luckily I didn't use that much.
