Hi again, my partner is still having no luck, its coming on to 2 weeks now. There was apparently an issue with MTN but that is sorted out now, we have had to load MTN prepaid data so she can use the phone at work. The Afrihost app says Unable to load your balance at this time, she can see here invoice on there which should have loaded 500mb data and R25 airtime. Her conversation via email with Thulani, then Blessings.M. say they see the data and airtime active but nothing is working, she had replied to them via email yesterday to update them on the situation but last she heard was on the 11th November and we are still unable to use her new Afrihost mobile.
We definitely need to look into this, can you please PM me the ticket reference number.

@Afrigenie, my wife in Sandton (across from Sandton City) says she can't get on your apn since this morning. Your issue, or MTN tower gone poof in the area?
Topups do carry over, but at the moment monthly data allocations do not![]()
