We haven't any load on our network for a long time so if you having an issue we need to sort this out.

We have currently updated our international traffic link to improve the experience.

That speed doesn't look good at all. Please could you send me some speedtest.net or Mybroadband speed test links.

Could also please do a traceroute test to a local and international address for me so we can see what is happening.
