I know that normally I pop online to have a groan or two about latency and DC's, but .....................

Touch wood, thus far tonight (since around 4 pm) I have been able to enjoy my online gaming again!

Haha, I get you. These timezones suck!
Do you see any difference in throughput across the board at 3am vs, let's say a normal time, like 1pm? :p

Oh yea at 3am there is really good throughput, yesterday I had my stream open at source quality with the streamer streaming at a bit rate of 3500 as well as having Teamspeak running. All things considered there has been a big improvement, keep it up.

Feedback... Sadly performance is pathetic. I'm willing to drop my "R348" bundle savings and go off looking for an Isp that isn't going to stop me from browsing the Internet.
 
Full speed HTTP downloads at 8AM on a Saturday. I hope this becomes the norm and doesn't disappear in a few months.

Everything should be peachy at the moment, so we'll need to figure out what you're experiencing here.

Would you be willing to work one on one with one of our consultants to go through all possible issues? PM if I can set this up for you.

My download went down again to 200 Kb/s after reconnect full line speed sorry no shaping this on a caped account I report this yesterday but no descend answer
What type of download is it?
