Guys, I'm outta here :)
I'll see if I can pop in later tonight to see if there's any progress made around the strange Steam, Apple store issues etc.

I believe our Network team have made some progress though.
If you do have issues, please post as much info as possible. Pings, traceroutes, MTRs and a ping to whoami.akamai.com - along with your DNS servers being used :)

Otherwise, I'll be back on Monday!

Hi guys, just quickly need your input. Is it normal to get the following speed for an up to 4Mbps line?
I am not complaining, I'm actually very happy with it.

It's strange, because I was on up to 2Mbps, and requested to be upgraded to 4Mbps, but it seems like they gave me some more. Anyways, that is their problem xD

Some 4Mbps lines are actually running on 5Mbps with Interleaving enabled, so looks like you've got it good. :)

That's pretty sweet, I do have one problem tho, In client Zone it still says that I am on a 2Mbps Line, which is clearly not the case anymore.

Could be that we haven't received confirmation from Telkom that the order hasn't completed yet, you don't have to worry too much about that. :)

Had the same issue 2 days ago, then after I reset the router and put my IP on dynamic, steam worked perfect.

We did make a change on our side, please keep an eye on it and let me know if there is any change please. :)
