Logged a ticket with them this morning. My speedtest results shows it is all over the place, but their ADSL checker shows no issue. Getting so bad at times that streaming services loses connection.

Having said that, I have been with Axxess for a few years now and they do resolve issues very quickly. I am on uncapped premium and it works well.

Cannot download the latest Windows 10 monthly updates, been sitting at 1% since 19:00, its now 22:00. What is going on. Support seem clueless, speed tests show no issues, so what ever protocol Microsoft are using must be shaped on this network, although capped accounts are not supposed to be shaped?

Also having issues with Axxess during specific times over the last 2 or so months. Testing with saix.net i barely get 2mb on a 10mb account. Testing with the Openserve guest account i get full 10mb, so i know its Axxess thats the problem. Logged a few tickets but they don't seem to know whats going on. Tested with Afrihost free 1gb account, same issue, slow at same time Axxess is slow.

Looking at moving to Crystalweb.
