Afrihost panel not displaying data allowance/usage last 2 days....

Any1 else having the same issue? :rolleyes:

Otherwise everything else is working fine, on web and mobile app..
 
Hasn’t worked for four months. My colleague has Rain with Mweb. His daily usage works.
 
Same, don't even know what my new data allowance looks like, Afrihost don't seem to care either.

Today mine isn’t timing out at least but there is still no info available. 0bs left apparently.
 
Afrihost's upbeat response on Sunday evening December 02, 2018 at 21:25 to a support ticket (Ticket ID: XVG-994-55506) regarding unavailable data allowance/usage:
"We are currently experiencing issues with our app but our Dev team are working on it.
It should be up and running in no time."


Perhaps Afrihost is simultaneously redefining the concept of (no) time..? Sad!

Looks like its fixed. And it looks like we only use peak OR off-peak data in those specific times. So if the 'double' off-peak data is finished you will only have internet access between peak times (if you have peak data remaining).

Cheers for the heads up and looks like we were given free data since the ballsup started on the 1st...5 days.
My panel shows 25GB+25GB still available.:thumbsup:

I have a 25GB Topup Data allocation in addition to the Peak and Offpeak Data amounts which I assume is the capped rollover from last month.

I got 51 gig Topup data. But it is not being used, so it will basically be useless except if I use all my peak and off peak data.
