Care to share what the change was? I have noticed a slight decreace in performance over the past few days compared to earlier in the PoC, but nothing drastic

Why did this affect non-green users?

Why was this done during the day, when I am working, and not 3am-4 am instead, when less people are using it?

I'm not 100% sure on the details, we've been testing a lot of traffic management throughout the week - so could have been some final touches on that.
