Line slow ... Steam dead ... Facebook slow as crap ... streaming poor ... Outlook times out trying to send receive


Been trying to load a vid on FB for the last 10min ... still not past 10 seconds



This is getting old fast


PS: Still no reply from the wonderchild Gian
 
Also getting about 3k lag in wildstar, switched over to Telkom and things are better.

We're getting very very close to the production roll-out of Afrigreen, just a bit longer and you guys will be on it!

How is it that my line speed reports 5.4mbps but I can do jack **** involving the web apart from refresh this page every couple min (cause that is how long it takes)

Its torrents in general, try anything highly seeded, i cant get anything more than 5kbs on my 20Mbps line whilst i get good speed on Telkom with the same torrent. Very high ping in games at the moment as well. Judging by the other comments im not the only one.

Gaming fine this side of the world. Have not tried torrents, but the news is going full speed.

We've always been quite open about this, if you are not satisfied with our service, we will not force you or trick you to stay with us.

The Afrigreen PoC is definitely not running as well as it could be, a lot of this is due to the capacity available on Afrigreen and the contention arising from this. All of these issues will be resolved the moment we switch over to the production network with increased IPC as well as IPC in each region.
 
Seems to me AH is throttling every connection between 18:00 and 00:00... my 4Mbps line is running at a great 0.66Mbps again I cannot work from home - maybe I should start billing AH for the time it takes me to do these stupid tests?

Download Speed: 665 kbps (83.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 324 kbps (40.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 118 ms

Can't watch youtube, can't stream supersport, can't do jack until after 00:00

I've given until the 18th of this month and if nothing improves I'm switching ISP's

@AfriGenie, how can the PoC not do well when it is the service you expecting to rollout as a production environment? Unless of course you saying the PoC is a Piece of Crap service intended to see how far you can push luck with your paying customers?

You can always start request the cancellation now, and if the roll-out isn't completed before the 31st, you can just let the cancellation complete. Your account will remain fully active and functional until the 31st of October.

Although I can say some certainty that you won't be waiting much longer.
