As mentioned in the thread earlier, extensive testing/ tweaking took place with Afrigreen through the weekend.
I don't think it's realistic to pull content from either the website or pre-planned ads - that makes zero sense. We're acknowledging the current issues.

The awards we've won can't simply disappear.

It has been over a month now. I don't see my bill going down from your account statements. How would I not make sense if the afrihost.co.za was barely giving me service, not afrigreen, so basically you have issues with both accounts and your tweaking/testing is going NOWHERE while I'm losing money. There is only 4 days left to put up with my nonsense anyway.

Latency a smidgen high, but waaaaaaay better than anything from Afrihost networks lately.

There is hope if this can be maintained!

I think we've covered compensation extensively across the forums. We've given back to our clients wherever possible before, so I don't see this being any different. But we cannot do this now, we're concentrating on sorting the issues out.
 
Well you are advertising on false promise as things are not working. Spent yesterday with drop out on both afrigreen and afrihost, so if someone was joining your network yesterday based on your award winning, no catches advert, what would they find?

THE GOAL IS STOP ADVERTISING WHAT YOU CANNOT OFFER ANYMORE UNTIL YOU FIX IT!

If your GOAL is to troll then gratz. If your POINT was to tell Afrihost that they are advertising what they cannot offer, well.... Try harder buddy.

Not sure what you expect them to do? They are facing some issues. They are working on it as hard as they can. They are ADMITTING that there are issues. What else do you want? Pull adverts? :D :D :D :D

Did you know I look like a fool to my family and my in laws? I made them switch to Afrihost and everyday I have to put up with questions of why why why WHY WHY WHY? I know things always go wrong but for the whole 2015!!!!! this is your problem, not a single day you have acknowledged that joining MTN was your biggest mistake, not a single F day! I don't see any link proving such claims "I think we've covered compensation extensively across the forums. We've given back to our clients wherever possible before", so I am in my full right to freak out until I see any compensation ringing in my account, the same way AF would freak out if I do not pay.

This is not a "joining MTN" problem. We've used their IPC backbone for over two years with massive benefits. Our network has nearly tripled (if not more) in size, along with amazing benefits along with it. We took throttling away, offer competitive packages and launched mobile.

So while things may not be great now, it hasn't been all doom and gloom.

You're welcome to run through the other feedback threads - we've been extremely transparent about what's wrong and what we're doing to fix it. I can fully understand you're frustrated, you're more than welcome to PM me your info and I can see if I can work something out for you.

Wow, youtube today on Afrigreen is amazing, even 1080p streaming is awesome...will run some other tests....
