I stand under correction, but I think that's still routing via the North. These results are rocking though! Sooooo much better from what I saw you post in the Business thread a few weeks back :D
 
Tunnelblick VPN client cannot connect on Afrigreen. OpenVPN protocol on port 1194 TCP to UK. Just won't connect. MTN network is fine.

Thanks for the update, can I ask that you please report the issue in your ClientZone, under Connectivity and then under your AfriGreen account.

We'll definitely need to look into this.
 
Torrent speeds have been dropping and browsing at times is slow, especially on Facebook.
 
Ok just had a few min to add my 2c.

This weekend was absolutely horrible on either Afri network youtube failing to stream, webpages not loading or taking an age really not what I expected / hoped for.

However right now able to do 1440p without a hitch so kudos for that.

I'm still getting timeouts only on Afrigreen :( it makes the whole things unusable as latency shoots up. It seems especially bad when tracing to international sites. No other account experiences this problem :( Please help.

Speeds are slow on my 4mb uncapped account in Durban as well :( Awful experience still.

Still performing without a hitch... I cannot believe this is the same AfriGreen I used last week.

For the moment latencies in the South for AfriGreen users won't be as good as they can be, but once we've completed the roll-out in all regions the latencies will match those in the North.

Yep, was to illustrate that fact, that since Isabelladol is in Durban (I think :P) they would be similar to mine as we aren't JHB based :)
 
The latency looks great don't get me wrong, the consistent and frequent time outs I'm getting make webpages take 10+ seconds to load, Youtube cannot even load 480p videos, online games just drop connection frequently as well. If it weren't for the weird time outs, it would be great. But I will have to wait and hope that someone can help solve my issue :(
 
So,

Will Afrihost still be implementing AfriBlue?
So much time has been spent on AfriGreen, and we are nearing month end,
it does not seem feasible for Afrihost to test both "POC" Networks now?

And will Afrihost be dropping MTN Business DSL Services for good in the near future?
Which is going to leave MTN with a lot of used IPC capacity.

Edit: Sites are sluggish though. mybroadband, afrihost. has a bit of a bump and then loads fast.
