Could you try disabling it on Afrigreen please?
If that doesn't work, I'd recommend submitting some feedback via ClientZone so we can look at getting the traffic matched up to what it's supposed to be :)

Also I noticed. Downloading a file when it's 700kbps can't do any browsing keep getting 'err timed' out error but as soon as my download speed drops below 500kbps then I can do browsing again.

Thanks, pretty stable results here though. Really not sure why latency is being reported so badly on traceroutes.

At this moment afrigreen seems to be working the best.

I'll keep testing tonight and tomorrow to see if I have the same issue as I had earlier this afternoon.

Interesting that throughput seems low on other ISPs too... keep me posted on how things go this evening. Maybe we can spot something.
